Dr. Steven W. Stetson is one of the nation’s most acclaimed LASIK surgeons and the leading EVO ICL specialist in the tristate area. With more than 20 years of experience, he has performed over 80,000 laser vision correction procedures, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes and superior patient satisfaction.

Previously, Dr. Stetson served as Chief of Ophthalmology and Medical Director of the prestigious Air Force Academy Laser Eye Clinic. Under his expert leadership, the clinic achieved the highest surgical success rates among USAF laser centers. Notably, he was selected to perform the first LASIK procedure on a U.S. Air Force active duty member—the four-star general in charge of U.S. Space Command—a landmark accomplishment that helped change Air Force regulations to allow LASIK for active duty personnel.

Born in Connecticut and raised in Upstate New York, Dr. Stetson earned his undergraduate degree Cum Laude from Colgate University and his MD with honors from the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
